We stayed for one night before going to a safari. The hotel met our needs and expectations well. We arrived in the morning and the rooms were available right away. The breakfast, which we paid separately, was sufficient and helped us be ready for a day in Nairobi. We had sun-downers on the rooftop bar and dinner in the restaurant. The drinks and food were good, although the sunset wasn't that great. But that has nothing to do with the hotel. In my opinion the price was fair for the location and the quality of the hotel.

When I read the reviews before coming I was hesitant due to some comments about the small Rooms (they are totally fine, modern & lovely) and the lack of a Porter (ridiculous—they give you a cart to wheel the luggage up—absolutely NO problem). I will definitely be back.

All three were not only efficient and very helpful in every way, they were especially friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one.
