I like the convenience of the location. Not too close to the airport but close enough to hop into an Uber and in less than an hour arrive at the hotel. I like that it has a gym albeit limited in its space and equipment but still much appreciated! Also easy access from Westlands to other major shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment. Good value for money

My room at the Ibis was wonderful room with a queen sized bed, a table that could double as a desk, and 2 stools. The showers were wonderful and hot, and the food at the hotel was exceptional! Westlands is a very safe area to stay, and the hotel staff are so welcoming and friendly. You will truly enjoy staying at this hotel! I felt safe, and the area is safe. Truly a great place to stay!

The rooms are clean, food and drinks at their restaurants were exceptional, the wait staff at Utamu restaurant were incredible, especially Gladys, Rhoda and Frederick.

I had a fantastic stay at ibis and cant’t wait to go back. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is exceptional!!! Great shower with strong water pressure. Enough bottled water provided daily in the room. Buffet breakfast is very good with more than enough seating. Kenyans are the friendliest people you will ever meet. I enjoyed my time tremendously and was very sad to leave. They allowed me a late check out at 12midday free of charge. Hotel has great security too. Enough plug points and light dimmer which is nice. The gym is small but well equipped. Room top bar is beautiful and they play awesome music in the club section. Restaurants were fantastic and had some of the best food I have ever had. Try the fish fillet, its amazing.

- kind, friendly and helpful people at the hotel especially at the reception and the restaurant - good food in the hotel restaurant - good (though expensive) laundry service - free luggage storage - excellent location - everything reachable even by short walking - safe area, even at night - safe hotel - excellent room cleaning service (Vallary did a good job. The room was always top of the notch)

A great location. A great price. Everything you expect from an Ibis. Clean, comfortable rooms. Mine was spacious. I booked a twin in case my friend needed the spare bed as she was on an overnight flight. The team working there were just fabulous. Felt very secure. Tap card to get into the lift. Then tap again to get into your hallway.

The check in staff was very sweet! We requested a late check out bec our flight was later in the day, and the person at the check in gave us extra time! Very sweet of her. The bed is very comfortable, with good amenities.

The room was very clean and the shower pleasant and producing hot water almost immediately. The TV screen was big, and it was very easy to watch international news channels. The rooftop bar was excellent and a good place to meet people and invite friends.

Overall, good hotel of Ibis network with the quality you can expect from them. Nairobi specifics is a double security entrance :) we took a room for free, it’s very compact but has everything. It was clean. We used laundry service in the hotel and they brought us clean clothes the same day. Breakfast is ok-ish, not super.

very clean room (Vallary did a good job. That's why the room was always top of the notch) - helpful and very friendly staff at the reception and the restaurant - very secure stay / good and friendly security - excellent area / location - even safe at night - everything reachable even by walking (it was safe any time)
